Global retouch is an hour. Retouch plus a refresh through the ends, two hours. Both include a bond-building treatment and a thorough basin finish.

Cool water at the end of every wash, a colour-safe shampoo, a weekly mask. Book the next retouch before you leave — it's easier than chasing it later.
